Registrations for the Conference can be made via the secure booking site of Event Organiser MCI. The Conference cost is €200; this includes catering, drinks reception and access to the evidence summaries prior and during the conference.

Cancellation policy of registration fee
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to MCI Amsterdam.
- For cancellations received until 26 February 2017, registration fees will be refunded minus a EUR 50, – cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received as of 26 February 2018, no refunds will be possible.
No-shows cannot be refunded. Any authorized refund will be made only after the end of the conference.
Name changes will be accepted but a name change fee of € 50 will be applied. For each name change you must notify the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to email@example.com. In case of a name change, the delegate agrees to take over all booked items of the originally registered delegate.
Delegates can book a room in the Maritim Hotel in Frankfurt via the reservation link of the hotel. Due to a very high demand it might be that there are no more rooms available on your preferred nights. We do advise to check via Booking.com for an alternative in the surroundings of the Maritim Hotel.

Some websites or other providers may appear to be offering rooms at the conference hotel at slightly lower rates. Delegates are advised to exercise caution since often these rates do not include breakfast, have to be paid in advance and, in the event of a cancellation offer no refunds. It is also likely that any rooms offered in this way will be of a lower grade than those offered under the EBA booking arrangement.
Please visit the website of the German government, to verify whether you need a visa to enter the Germany. If you do need a visa, please apply as early as possible, as the process can take up to six (6) weeks. To assist you with the application, you can request a visa invitation letter during the online registration process. This invitation letter will be sent to you by e-mail (PDF) after receiving your registration payment. Your registration payment is one of the main requirements of the application.
